Building a deeper understanding of yourself and the way in which you navigate relationships, hard decisions, and the world around you, is an ever-evolving process. My hope is that, through our therapeutic alliance, I may help you navigate the uncertain, the unexpected, and that you feel enriched with the opportunity of self-discovery.

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with 10 years of experience working with clients of all backgrounds, ages, and understanding of the therapeutic process. I believe that the best treatment approach is the approach that works best for YOU. As with all aspects of life, not one size fits all; the same is true for therapy. I have experience with a variety of treatment methods, including mindfulness, cognitive behavioral therapy, and trauma-focused care. Together, we will explore the internal and external triggers that may be contributing to feelings of anxiety, depression, anger, or whatever may be prompting you to consider therapy.

Over the years, I have specialized in working with children, adolescents, families, couples, and the LGBTQIA+ communities. As a member of the LGBTQIA+ community, I understand the need for a therapist that provides a non-judgmental environment, with the patience and understanding that is required to address the unique issues we face today.
